His career spans leadership roles in marketing and digital strategy, where he has built and managed cross-functional teams that deliver measurable business results.
At Fehn Business Consulting, Martin focuses on helping organizations bridge the gap between technical execution and human connection. With Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a background in data-driven marketing and technology leadership allows him to translate complex ideas into clear strategies that drive performance, collaboration, and growth.

Leticia Fehn
Human Resources and Conflict Resolution
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, and leadership development, Leticia Fehn has advised Fortune 500 companies such as Boeing and Raytheon on building strong, collaborative, and high-performing technical organizations. Her expertise spans conflict resolution, organizational strategy, and executive coaching — helping leaders navigate complex workplace challenges with clarity and confidence.

Leticia holds a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s School of Law, the nation’s top-ranked program. Through Fehn Business Consulting, she designs and facilitates leadership and conflict resolution training programs that empower technical and corporate teams to communicate effectively, manage conflict constructively, and lead with integrity.
